He was born in 1979 in Istanbul. In 2001, he met Bahadır Akkuzu and joined the Kurtalan Ekspres group, which was the soloist of that time, Cem Karaca as a technician. Later on, with the encouragement of Eser Taşkıran, the keyboardist of the band, his experience of tonmaistering started in Studio Spectrum, the studio of bass guitarist Ahmet Güvenç. Later, he started working with Erkin Koray, whom he met in the studio and still continues. He works with Eser Taşkıran in the studio Taşkıran and plays in the Badi Gardi Blues Band, which he founded as a bass guitarist.
